Our Safety Director has the overall responsibility of maintaining and enforcing all the different components that make up our safety program and reports all aspects to the President. D. S. SIMMONS, INC. utilizes the services of Great American Insurance Company, our workers compensation insurance carrier, for assistance with job site inspections, written safety programs, loss control and claim analysis.

D. S. SIMMONS, INC. believes that job site safety is only as good as its field workers’ attitudes are toward safety and we encourage employee participation and welcome suggestions from our employees.
